Hell's Obby Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. General Overview This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is based on a quest within the Roblox game by Opera GX Hell's Obby (the "Game"), while the reward claiming process takes place through the Opera GX browser and rewards the first 1500 players who successfully complete the in-game requirements and claim the prize through the Opera GX website. Participants who successfully complete the requirements will receive a reward in the form of redeemable codes on an external website accessed through the Opera GX browser.

2. The Giveaway Rules:

• The Giveaway is organized by Opera Norway AS, P.B. 4214 Nydalen, NO-0401 Oslo (“Opera”)
• These Giveaway Rules supplement and amend the Opera general rules for contests (the “General Rules”) https://legal.opera.com/contest/
• In the event of a conflict between the Giveaway Rules and the General Rules, the Giveaway Rules will control
• The giveaway will commence on April 3, 2025, and will continue until the entire prize pool has been fully distributed
• No purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway or receive a reward.

2.1 Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to all players who have a valid Roblox account.
• Participants must log in to the Game daily and play for at least 15 minutes each day.
• Any break in the login streak will result in a reset of progress, requiring players to restart the challenge.
• Players must comply with all Roblox terms of service and community guidelines.

2.2. Giveaway Mechanism

• Players must log in daily and spend a minimum of 15 minutes in the Game.
• Players have a 24-hour window to complete their daily task.
• If a player fails to complete a daily task within the 24-hour window, their streak resets, and they must start over.
• The first 1500 players who complete the challenge and claim the reward via the GX website will receive the prize.
• Even if a player completes the in-game challenge, they must be among the first 1500 to claim the reward on the GX site before others do.

2.3. Reward Redemption

• The total prize pool for the giveaway consists of 1500 codes, each code for 800 Robux (where “Robux” means an in-game virtual currency of Roblox as per their Terms of Use and the redemption will be carried in accordance with Terms and Conditions for Roblox Gift Cards, esp. please note that the rate may vary depending on your local currency)
• The prize pool for the giveaway is valued at $15 000 (calculated using Robux rate valid as of the Giveaway start date. The actual value of each code may vary, depending on the Robux date as of code redemption day)
• The reward is first-come, first-served. Completion of the in-game challenge does not guarantee a reward if others claim it first.
• Each participant with a user ID eligible for a prize will be notified directly within Game’s UI component and will have to claim the prize following the steps provided by Opera in a dedicated landing page at https://obby.gx.me/roblox/. The reward must be claimed through the Opera GX browser and will be further carried as per Roblox’s Terms and Conditions for Roblox Gift Cards
• Once all 1500 rewards are claimed, no further prizes will be distributed until the next giveaway.

2.4. Additional Provisions

• The organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the Giveaway system may result in disqualification.
• The reward is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent.
• The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues that may affect participation.
• Giveaway is available for users only in qualifying countries. Please note that users located in State of Florida, USA and State of New York, USA, as well as Russia, Belarus, Brazil, Mexico and the UN, OFAC, EU, FATF or MAS sanctioned countries are not eligible for this Giveaway.

By participating in this Giveaway, players agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any violation may result in disqualification and potential restriction from future promotions.

2.5 Data Processing

Please note that Opera Norway AS will be processing some of your personal data for the purposes of performing this Giveaway, i.e. we will receive from Roblox: your user ID, your quest alias and your quest progress status.
